How To Order

Ordering On Line

**Thank you for visiting us. We have tried to make your shopping with us as easy as possible. The first thing you need to do is click the log in button at the top of the site. Fill in the information and click the submit button. This will take you to our choice page, where you can get a quote or enter our shopping cart and price page. (We have not completed every item with abilities to pay on line, but will complete it as order requests come in.) Simply e-mail us if your item is not set up with on line paypal. If you wish to pay by check or money order simply e-mail us or go to the quote form and submit your order and a sales person will be in touch. Below is a sample of different items and views you may see.

What is FTP?

File Transfer Protocol (FTP) is the easiest way to transfer files over the Internet. In fact, you probably already use FTP. The most common use is to download files from the Internet. The ability to transfer files back-and-forth makes FTP essential for anyone creating a Web page, amateurs and professionals alike.

To upload files for your personal web space or your domain, you need a program that uses FTP.

The page that displays is your Menu Page
From this page you are able to do the following
1• Place Order
2• Ask our staff questions through the Support Questions
3• Change your password
4• Edit My Info (change of address, phone number, etc.)
5• Get Quote


 

 

You are also able to view orders placed on the system for the past thirty days.
The order numbers for the individual jobs are click able links to the original orders.
To print an invoice from an order form, click the
Display Invoice link at the bottom of the page.
 

 

Your Home Page gives you the option of viewing an outstanding balance sheet.
All outstanding balances for print orders will be displayed.

 


Payments

Payments can be made on-line by credit card or through Western Unions “Quick Collect” service. Credit Card Payments are applied to the orders you select automatically with 5-10 minutes of the payment being approved. All major credit cards are accepted. Western Union "Quick Collect" payments are received within three minutes and will be applied within 30 minutes of receipt.

The fee for the "Quick Collect" service is a flat fee of $10.95 for sending up to $5,000.

Paper:
12pt Card Stock is the standard stock which is printed daily, Monday - Friday, and includes *free aqueous coating* and full color on both sides. 100 lb. text is primarily used for posters, brochures and larger pieces requiring folds.
*Rush* - guarantees orders received before 8 p.m. EST will be ready for shipment by 8 p.m. the next day, Monday - Friday. Extras excluded.

Size:
Most standard sizes are available through the
Price Calculator. If the size required is not available here, click the link below paper stock for custom order form. The custom order form will allow you to define the options for your order.

Quantity:
Most standard quantities are available through the
Price Calculator. If the quantity required is not available here, click the link below paper stock for custom order form. The custom order form will allow you to define the options for your order.

Extras:
Many extras such as folds, metallic inks and die cuts are available. Selecting extras may
add additional time to the processing of your order.

When satisfied with the parameters of the job, Click Continue


Next page:

From the order information page, name the job and include any special instructions necessary for the order to be completed. The name you select will be used to reference your order in the future. Click Continue

The shipping information page will display the address of the recipient. If the address for this order is different than the one displayed, update the information to reflect the new address. Click Continue

The second page for shipping information allows the method of shipment to be selected. The approximate number of boxes and weight are provided at the top of the page. Different methods may be selected based on the urgency and cost of shipping the packages to you. After the method is selected, special shipping instructions can be added. Click Continue

The agreement for printing must be accepted.


Artwork

The artwork page allows files for the front and back images to be attached to the order. Please send photoshop files to expedite your order. Follow the instructions on this page. Click
Continue

Note: This process is superior to standard e-mail because when your file upload is complete the files are on our database and have been attached to the order form you filled out.

An invoice page will appear after the files have been completely transferred. This page is your assurance that your order is in our system and should be printed for record keeping. By selecting a payment method, orders can be chosen for payment to complete the order process. Credit card payments are automatically applied within 5-10 minutes. Western Union “Quick Collect” payments are applied every 30 minutes.

One order may be placed at a time. To add an additional order, click the link for add another order
